In this module, participants will learn to address work concerns, including performance, through effective conversations, with someone who is experiencing a mental health issue.
But what if you believe there’s an underlying health issue, or the employee shares with you that there’s an underlying health issue that’s effecting their performance? This is where we work together to identify accommodation strategies you can use to support the employee.
We’ll then take it one step further and have participants build a practical, solution-focused accommodation plan that doesn’t involve medical information. None! And we’ll talk about how you could use this same strategy to address performance issues.
