In this module, participants will consider what constitutes a psychologically safe interaction. They’ll then work as a group to build a team agreement that can help prevent and address bullying, harassment and aggression.
But what if this doesn’t work and you find yourself continually having to address these negative behaviours? No problem. We’ll teach participants how to resolve conflict in a way that respects all parties and doesn’t shame or blame, but instead creates a practical, measurable, solution-focused agreement that includes how future issues will be dealt with.
